After many years in the commercial and industrial roofing industry providing quality roofing services to property management and building owners it became very apparent to us that most managers and owners want a quality professional roofing service throughout their roofing process. From accurate informative initial roof inspections, combined with concise recommendations and specifications, through to final contract completion.

We are also held accountable by our manufacturers. We are relying on them to provide a reliable product, giving us the best warranty options on the market, so that we can pass on to you, in doing so they are trusting us by holding up their name along side ours.

Our Commitment to Safety

At GOGOTEC Flat Roofs LLC we understand the inherently risky nature of the roofing business, and we are absolutely dedicated to safety – for our workers, others at the jobsite, building owners and occupants. This commitment helps create safe working conditions and a secure workforce that can focus on the roofing job at hand.

Gogotec Flat Roofs takes great pride in the success of our company and employees and the satisfaction of our customers, and we are committed to being leaders in the roofing industry with our established safety program. The program promotes high morale and enables us to complete jobs on time and in a safe manner.

To maintain GOGOTEC’s safety goals, training begins on day one of employment, and employees complete safety training prior to working on any jobsite. All employees who are involved with jobsite activities complete monthly safety training and attend weekly “toolbox talks” – short, informal health and safety discussions – conducted by Royalty’s safety director, often at the jobsite.

Planning for each roofing project begins with safety. Pre-construction meetings are conducted to focus on potential jobsite safety hazards and ways to mitigate those hazards prior to the Royalty crews arriving at the job location. While projects are under construction, site safety inspections are conducted unannounced on a weekly basis by the safety director to ensure compliance with Royalty’s safety polices and those of our customers, as well as Federal/State Occupational Health and Safety Administration (OSHA) regulations.
